Service agreements are recommended and can be sought be emailing service@nilan.green with details of your installation. This is an annual amount and must be renewed to maintain service.

Please note that a service agreement can only be taken out when there is a stable internet connection.

A service agreement will provide you with
  • Extended warranty to up to 4 years for Parts and Labour (for new installations only)
    • (Current manufacturers spare parts warranty is 12month from move in date and does not include consumables necessary for servicing i.e., filters etc.)
  • Annual onsite inspection to include
    • Fitting new filters
    • Annual Heat pump health check
    • Heat exchanger and filter box cleaning
  • Further optimisation of the system after the first year to better suit your lifestyle.

Remote diagnostics and monitoring by Nilan staff via a stable internet.

 

Service agreements for properties in Scotland are POA.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Item's will be dispatched from our warehouse within 4 weeks. For addresses outside UK/Northern Ireland please allow for longer shipping. Items outside of this may take longer. Shipping costs are included on all items.

Please disregard shipping duration estimates at checkout as these are set by shopify, not Nilan.green.

Returns

Returned products must be unopened and in a saleable condition. If you wish to
make a return, it must be shipped at the customer's own cost to our warehouse in:

Co Tyrone
BT71 4HP.

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase (adequate proof of shipping may be required). It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate protection/insurance of the item when shipping a return.

Any accidental damage/loss during shipping is not the responsibility of Nilan Green and may result in the refund not being processed.

Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of a return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email to info@nilan.green to let us know.
  2. Wrap the package adequately so as to ensure no damage on return shipping.
  3. Send all items back to us at  NILAN Scotland & N.Ireland, Railway Business Park, 31a Dungannon Rd, Co Tyrone, BT71 4HP by insured/tracked
    post. (At customer's own cost).
